68th Street – Decorative Paving Installation

Traffic calming projects don’t always have to involve additional construction, speed tables or unsightly warning signs.
In this neighborhood traffic calming project, our team made a great design by the City Of Scottsdale come to life. Using shapes and colors to slow cars down has been shown to be more cost effective than hiring a police officer to patrol or rebuilding the area.
Our team laid the asphalt, heated and imprinted the brick-like design in the median and applied our acrylic epoxy based coating to complete the illusion of more expensive brick laying.
While we’re sure a few of the lead-footed teenagers dislike having to slow down, reports from residents have been great. Projects like this have great aesthetic and functional value.
